From 1 June 2021, your landlord or letting agent has legal powers to serve an eviction notice once again.
For eviction notices served on or after 1 June 2021, at least 4 months notice must be given to you by your landlord.
Shorter notice can be given if you have rent arrears of more than 4 months or in the case of anti social behaviour.
